Research Project - Dear parents, I hope you are all well. As you may have already discussed with your child, next week we are doing something quite exciting in school. As part of our Unit of Inquiry – How The World Works – we are looking at how living things change as they grow in their life cycles.

Your child is part of a small group and his/her homework this weekend is to begin researching a living thing. I ask you to please encourage them to do this research and to bring it in to school on Sunday. Tuesday will be a fun day as we will be making a 3D model in class. The children have been asked to bring in materials to make their project IN SCHOOL on Tuesday, so please can you send them with junk-art materials on Sunday or Monday. It is up to the children what they will actually need to complete this research project. Please do not send them with any posters or Powerpoint presentations.

The children will be assessed on their teamwork skills and how they build their 3D model. If you wish any further help, please do not hesitate to email me.

Thank you for your continued support!
